How to Repair USB Flash Drive?

If your USB Flash Drive is malfunctioning and you are unable to explore it. There may be following common errors:
  • "Unable to access"
  • "Track 0 error"
  • "Write protection"
  • "Size is 0 byte"
 You can easily repair it. When an USB/ Flash Drive goes wrong in a way that you could not format, explore or access it with your window explorer, you have to recover it with low level format tool. This method is applicable to any kind of flash memory - SDHC, microSD Card, Data Traveler……
  

  1. Download and Install Low Level Format Tool (LLF) from the following web address
  1. Start LLF program and insert your USB Flash Drive.
  2. Click on your USB flash drive in the LLF program window and then click continue.
  3. Click on "Low-Level Format" in Tab
  4. It may take 10~20minutes according to the size of Flash Drive and Your computers processor speed.
  5. Click on window explorer and check your new formatted flash drive.
